Poor Carla has seen better days on Coronation Street but then again, she should know by now that Underworld is somewhat cursed.
Tonight, the factory owner was attacked by Matty and Logan Radcliffe, but it was basically all Betsy's fault... But, is she going to survive this one?
Carla clobbered in the factory on Coronation Street
Betsy did a little deal with Mason's brothers and let them into the factory so that they could take some equiptment when nobody was there. However, the brothers took longer than expected when ransacking the place and knocked Carla out.
After doing the sensible thing and calling for an ambulance (seeing as how her usual go-to person Lisa had just pied her off), Carla headed back to her office and locked herself in after telling Roy and Ryan she'd be fine and dandy.
Later though, she collapsed unconscious. It was fortunate that Betsy turned up when she did (even if she did cause the whole thing in the first place) as she was the one who called 999 and helped get Carla to hospital.
At the hospital, Lisa and Betsy were later told that Carla has suffered a bleed on the brain and had been sent in for emergency surgery.
Carla's fate revealed
Corrie fans can breathe a huge sigh of relief because Carla luckily survives this whole ordeal (although she loves to make a woman sweat in Lisa's case as she sits by her bedside and begs her to pull through first.)
When Carla's comes back home, she wishes Lisa was there. But, with a Swarla relationship confirmed for Christmas, Carla doesn't have to pine for much longer before she gets the girl.
