Coronation Street THEORY: After Daisy Midgeley exit reports, will she die in childbirth?

It looks as though Charlotte Jordan's Daisy Midgeley will soon be exiting Coronation Street, if reports are anything to go by.

The Sun reported that Charlie has chosen to leave the show after four years and is filming her remaining scenes. But, how will she leave?

Daisy has graced our screens for four years now and has been a huge part of Corrie. Being involved in the huge acid attack and stalking storyline, Daisy's also found herself involved in a fair few scandals, schemes and romances over the duration too.

Sadly, The Sun has now revealed that Charlotte Jordan has decided to leave her role and that Daisy's final 'explosive scenes' will air in the summer.

Charlotte said: "My time at Coronation Street is something I’ll always cherish.

"After a brilliant four years for Daisy, it’s time for me to start a new chapter and explore other opportunities."

THEORY: Daisy to die in childbirth tragedy?

At the moment, Daisy is currently pregnant but has no idea if the baby daddy is Kit or Daniel.

Whilst she figures this out, she's made it clear to Jenny that she intends on keeping the little one.

But, with Daisy's exit due in the summer (which would coincide with the baby's due date), we're fearing that Daisy might be killed off.

Could she die during childbirth, leaving Daniel to raise two children that were birthed by two different mothers? Or perhaps the baby is Kit's, leaving him to raise the baby as a single parent.

Could Daisy die? Or, will the door be left open?
